These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FluenBox website and, when made available, the FluenBox services (together, the "Services"), operated by FLUENBOX TECHNOLOGY SL ("FluenBox", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
FluenBox is preparing for launch on 14 August 2026. Until general availability, the website is provided for information only, features described may change, and no service level or availability is guaranteed.
The Services are intended for business users aged 18 or over. When accounts become available, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems; interfere with or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer except to the extent permitted by law; or upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.
The Services include generative-AI and machine-learning capabilities. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Services, including all software, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by FluenBox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content and data you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Services.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products (for example data platforms and catalogs). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluenBox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold FluenBox harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
